Returns and Right of Withdrawal Policy

This policy applies to purchases made on the website Sobeauty.lv, operated by SIA WRAP, Reg. No. 44103126170, legal address: Varavīksnes gatve 11, Rīga, LV-1082.

1. Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from the product within 14 days without providing a reason. The withdrawal period expires after 14 days from the day:

  • You or a third party indicated by you (other than the carrier) has received the product;

  • In the case of multiple products in one order — from the day the last product was received.

2. Conditions for Returning Goods

The product must meet the following conditions:

  • The product has not been used and is not damaged;

  • The product has all original labels and packaging;

  • The product has not lost its merchantable appearance.

Important: In accordance with Section 12, Paragraph 6, Point 5 of the Consumer Rights Protection Law, hygiene and cosmetic products whose packaging has been opened are non-returnable due to health and safety reasons.

3. Return Costs

The consumer shall bear the direct costs of returning the goods unless otherwise specified. If the product was damaged or incorrect, we will cover the return costs.

4. Refunds

After receiving and inspecting the returned product, we will issue a refund using the same payment method used for the purchase, no later than:

  • 14 days after receiving the notice of withdrawal;

  • However, we may withhold the refund until the product has been received and inspected.

5. Non-returnable Items

In accordance with EU and Latvian regulations, returns are not possible in the following cases:

  • Cosmetic and hygiene products if the packaging has been opened or damaged;

  • Orders made to individual specifications (if applicable);

  • Products with visible signs of use.
